CfM has received support from the European Objective 1 Programme, Northwest Regional Development Agency and Cityfocus (Single Regeneration Budget), and support in kind from Greater Merseyside Learning and Skills Council. Liverpool City Council is the organisation's accountable body for these sources of funding.
