- Assistance to source local contractors and sub-contractors
- Assistance to contractors or their sub-contractors to obtain CSCS or equivalents, for site based employees
- Help to access all available funding for training at all levels and specialisations in order to enhance the skills of their workforce
- Providing a fast, free recruitment service. We maintain a register of skilled and carded jobseekers and candidates for apprenticeships. However we do not only access our own data base to provide candidates for jobs and apprenticeships but also advertise to obtain the best choice of candidates, sifting out unqualified applications, taking care of all queries and sending on CVs for sift and interview.
- Supporting business growth directly or through introduction to our many partner organisations
- Give your company a leading edge in tenders for public works by completing a LM3 survey which shows how your organisation's income is circulated back into the local community by way of wages and supply chains.
If you are looking to work in the construction industry, we can assist you if you have
- Good GCSEs in core subjects and are looking for an apprenticeship
- Had some construction training, but need site experience
- Experience of working in the industry (from site to managerial levels), plus a CSCS card or equivalent
